If requested there is the ability to check in without host presence. You deliver your keys with your code from lockbox and talk to the host to send documents and deliver guidance for your stay.
Avoiding unneeded cleaning of apartment
We have rared our cleaning schedule in order to to secure minimum touch between our staff and our guests. This is not against clean apartments. They are always spotless clean. Special protocols for exchanging towels and linen active.

Detailed disinfection with all necessary materials and appliances (eg. steamcleaner), from specially trained and educated to covid precautions staff.

Public use facilities such as elevators, doorbells, door haddles, stairway etc, are many times during the day disinfected.
Due to covid-19 circumstances we make exceptions to our strick cancellation policy. So guests deserve full refund in cases of:

Infected by covid-19 members of their family.

Closing borders by either Greek or their's government.

Cancellation of flight without alternative available from any airport in 200 Km range from initial airport.
