A 40 sqm apartment located at the top floor, with wooden roof and cozy romantic decoration. Built in 2019. It can host up to 4 guests with the use of the couch which transforms to a double bed with normal matress. Direct view of the whole area available from inside the apartment also.

Combined to a 35 sqm veranda fully equipped with anything you might need (from sunbeds at the veranda, to hydromassage in the bathroom). It can host up to 5 guests with the use of two couchs which transform to a single and a double comfortable bed.
Zoi luxurious seaview Retreat
A 70 sqm apartment located at the top floor, also with wooden roof and cozy romantic decoration. Built in 2022. Thoughtfully decorated and equipped in modern but cozy lines with a kitchen island in the spacious sitting room. It can host up to 6 guests with the use of te couch which transform to a double comfortable bed with normal mattress. Big shower room equiped with hydromassage.

A 50 sqm apartment located at the second floor of Argostoli apartments. Built in 2021. Big sitting room with separated kitchen area and large dining room. It can host up to 4 guests with the use of the couch which easily transform to a double bed with comfortable mattress. Panoramic view of the capital from either inside or the balcony.
Elisso apartment with garden
It is our ground floor apartment. Due to gradient difference with neighbours it has a seaview patio like being on the second floor. Built in 2019. Also a beautiful garden with roses, and trees is available for you just outside your apartment. The couch can easily tranform to an extra bed without bothering the room's space, so it can host up to 3 guests in total. Notice the sunny bedroom with the queen size double bed, the spacious sitting room and the bathroom with the bathtube.
Phevos seaview apartment
A 35 sqm apartment located at the ground floor of Argostoli apartments. Renovated for tourism in 2023. Consists of one bedroom with double bed, a sitting room with kitchen and a bathroom. All rooms provide wonderful seaview. It can host up to 3 guests with the use of the couch which easily unfolds to a comfortable bed. Panoramic views from the balcony.
Ariadni Sea view apartment
Our cottage near Minia. Just 700m from Spasmata beach and 1300m from Megali Ammos beach. Located on the first floor (actually the whole first floor of the building), covers 80 sqmRenovated in 2023 using the same standards as our Argostoli apartments. It has two bedrooms with 2 double beds or one double and 2 single. in the sitting room there are two sofa beds to extend capacity to 6 people. Each bedroom has separate veranda, but the entrance veranda is fantastic with sunset in the sea on special times of the year.
